Artificial Turf of Cypress provides artificial turf installation, maintenance, repair, and related project services. Scope details are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are based on visible and disclosed site conditions at the time of review. Scheduling can shift due to weather, access restrictions, material timing, or scope updates requested by the customer.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to confirm scheduling.
- Remaining balances follow the signed service agreement.
- Additional work requests are quoted and approved separately.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing site access, sharing known property constraints, and confirming utility or landscape information that may affect installation planning.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, liability related to a service claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service scope in question.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted to this page.
